AzCVSUpdater and Java 1.4

As of Vuze 3.2, Java 1.5 will the minimum version of Java required.

The AzCVSUpdater plugin will now disable itself if you are running Java 1.4 - this is to stop either an automatic or manual update to a Vuze 3.1.1.1 beta version which requires Java 1.5 (and therefore preventing Vuze from running).

To resolve the problem, you have two choices:

  • Update to Java 1.5 or later.
  • Go back to the latest stable version of Vuze (3.1.1.0) and uninstall the Vuze Beta updater.
